Standard Operating Procedures for Zeitview Client Missions
AKdrones Have Drones. Will Travel.™
1 - Review and understand all Client Mission Objectives before accepting the Client Mission.
2 - Determine if Cold-Weather Flight Equipment is needed on Mission fly-day.
3 - Select and prepare the DJI drone and flight Equipment and charge all drone batteries.
4 - Prepare and charge EBike batteries, LED lights, and Tablet computers.
5 - Reconnoiter the Flight Mission area on Google Maps. (look for all potential flight hazards).
6 - Create directions from Google Maps for Bus and e-bike trips to the Client's address.
7 - Create a Flight Plan with Air-hub for the Client's address for the Mission fly-day.
8 - Create a new Unlock request with DJI Fly-safe for the Client's address for Mission fly-day.
9 - Fly multiple practice training missions that simulate the current Zeitview Client Mission.
10 - Once on-site, inspect the Mission Flight path for hazards and obstructions such as trees, wires, structures, etc.
11 - Once on-site, you must get LAANC Airspace Authorization, purchase drone flight insurance, check in with Zeitview, and check in with the Client, Call When You Arrive.

Arrival Introduction Script for Property Address:
Hello, My name is Bernard Walker and I'm a Zeitview Associate. I'm on site at the property address: to capture images of the property as requested by the insurance carrier. I'm happy to answer any questions about the image capture process. However, I can't discuss policy-related or damage-related questions.
12 - Set up the Flight Control Station to include: 1 - Telescoping Camping Stool, 2 - Landing Pad, 3 – DJI Drone, 4 – AKdrones Flight Control System, 5 – Safety vest wrapped Backpack.
13 - Review and understand all Zeitview Client Mission Objectives.
14 - Begin the Client Flight Mission and fly to the subject property/building or indicated [Marked] areas.
15 - Ensure all Client Mission Objectives are achieved.
16 - Review all photos on the Tablet Computer to ensure all Client Mission Objectives are completed before departing the mission area.
17 - When satisfied that all photos are acceptable, check out with Zeitview before departing the Mission area. Pack all flight equipment for transit and clean up around the mission area.
18 - At Home Base, sort, review, and, delete unacceptable photos. Then caption all the photos before uploading them to the Zeitview Pilot Mission Dashboard.
19 - Clean, inspect, recharge, and reset all Flight and Ground Equipment for the next Zeitview Client Mission.
